Meet our Founder:

Chandler [He/They]

Director of Development + Strategy

A love for the desert and all things water keeps Chandler in a state of constant movement. That currently manifests as living an itinerant lifestyle—he’s currently exploring the mountain and pacific regions of North America while operating his digital consulting business, WP Wellness, from the road.

His career began in the medical field, working in Search and Rescue as a Wilderness EMT, but pivoted to operations and business development when he realized he could apply the same problem-solving and technical skills with clients who shared his desire to heal and help those around them.

Chandler can always be found deeply engrossed in a new hobby. Currently, this involves pressing flowers and painting with watercolors, immersing himself in books—likely related to Trauma-Informed Therapy, Psychology, and anything with a hint of adventure—or creating meaningful conversation and storytelling on his favorite social platform, Substack.

Driven by a passion for creative problem-solving, Chandler works tirelessly to find the exact right solutions for every client—approaching his consulting work with the same curiosity, adaptability, and care that guide his life on the road.

Darby [She/They]

Director of Operations

Most at home wandering around the city—Philadelphia, PA, where she lives, San Francisco, CA, where she grew up, or anywhere reachable by road trip—on the “shoelace express,” Darby loves…

She holds an M.A. in journalism from the Univ. of Alabama, and she’s often using her philosophy education from Boise State Univ. to problem solve and analyze systems. A personality-defining baseball fan, impatient reader (grateful for 2x audiobook speed), and eager maker-of-playlists, Darby can typically be found enthralled by the magic coming through her headphones.

Kayleigh [She/Her]

Director of Culture | Account Manager

Kayleigh holds an AA in Social Work, along with all the art and design electives that could possibly fit into her schedule. She also harbors a passion for psychology and mental health awareness. She’s a firm believer in the profound impact of small gestures and is dedicated to fostering an environment of openness and compassion.

When not working (or on a quest for the next travel adventure), you’ll find Kayleigh enjoying concerts, paddleboarding, wielding art supplies, and savoring quality time with loved ones. Back at home in the Treasure Valley with her partner, Shane, their ever-entertaining dogs, Stella and Opal, and a lively bunch of chickens, their household is a charming mix of occasional chaos, frequent laughter, and enduring acceptance.

With over 14 years of experience across various industries—much of it in healthcare—Lindsay specializes in crafting engaging content for clinics and practitioners that builds trust. A graduate of The University of Akron, she earned a degree in Marketing Management and played on the women’s soccer team—an experience that shaped her team-first mindset and the steady, driven approach to her work.

Outside of work, life is full and always in motion. She’s usually wrangling her two young daughters, teaching group fitness classes, or sneaking out for a run when she can. A lifelong soccer fan, she still jumps at the chance to take in a live match, whether that’s cheering on the Columbus Crew or traveling abroad for unforgettable moments like a Champions League game in Germany.

Travel is a shared love in her family, and these days it often includes her daughters in the mix. Together, they’ve explored places like Santa Fe, Colorado, and Santa Barbara, with many more adventures ahead. At home, she’s just as likely to be planning the next trip as she is pulling a well-earned espresso shot and enjoying a quiet moment in between it all.

Lauren [She/Her]

Account Manager

Lauren, who lives in Kentucky, lives a life centered around family, purpose, and a love for the outdoors. As a mother of four children, she finds joy in being present for the everyday moments—whether that means exploring outside, building Lego…

…creations together, or simply spending quality time at home. She is deeply passionate about supporting others and is committed to showing up for people in whatever way they need, offering encouragement, understanding, and care.

In her downtime, she enjoys activities that allow her to relax and recharge, such as reading and doing puzzles. She appreciates the balance of both quiet and engaging activities, often sharing those moments with her children. Her natural curiosity and love for learning continue to shape both her personal and professional life.

She holds two bachelor’s degrees in elementary education and special education. After teaching for five years, she chose to step away from the classroom to focus on raising her children while continuing to grow her career. She transitioned into project management and has spent the past four years building experience in that field, balancing her professional strengths with her dedication to her family.
